Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons:

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs, bundles, or hair care products.

• If you receive the wrong item or your item is damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll gladly resolve the issue.

 

Custom Orders & Wigs

• All custom wig orders are final sale. No cancellations, refunds, or changes once the order is placed.

• Custom units require 5–10 business days for creation before shipping. 

Order Cancellations & Changes 

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot make adjustments.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking is provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Please file a claim with the shipping carrier if issues arise.

We will help as much as we can.
