1. What types of hair do you offer?
We offer 100% quality virgin human hair & we also have 100% raw Indian hair in variety of textures. Two types for your budget.
2. Are your wigs and bundles made with 100% human hair?
Yes! All of our hair is 100% human, unprocessed, and can be bleached, dyed, curled, and straightened.
3. How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our hair can last 6 months to over a year. Raw hair may last up to 3 years or longer
4. How do I take care of my extensions or wig?
Use sulfate-free products, avoid excessive heat, detangle gently, and store wigs on a mannequin or silk bag. A full care guide is available on our Hair Care page.
5.Do you offer custom wig orders or installs?
Yes, we offer custom units and professional installs by appointment. You can book services directly on our site.
6. How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
7. Do you offer local pickup or same-day delivery?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Rock Hill, SC or a local meeting location. Same-day delivery may be available for certain zip codes—contact us before ordering.
8. Can I return or exchange hair?
Due to hygiene and quality standards, we do not accept returns on used hair. Unopened hair may be exchanged within 7 days if you ordered by a minor mistake
9. What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds on hair products. All sales are final.
10. Do you offer Afterpay, Klarna, or payment plans?
Yes! We accept flexible payments through Afterpay and Shop Pay Installments.
11. Do I receive a discount if I purchase hair and book a hair appointment?
Absolutely, you will be discounted on your installs when you purchase hair.
12. Can I color or bleach the hair?
Yes! Our hair can be professionally colored or bleached. We recommend a licensed stylist to maintain hair quality.
